69 GS 400 4speed

New project and I mean PROJECT,....follow along if you like,..lots of metal work needed on this one

 

To be replaced
Both 1/4s
Outer wheelhouse fab work
One piece floor
Cowl shoulders
Cowl foot well fab
Upper cowl
Upper dash
Trunk pan

And obviously all the structure from the original body will be transplanted onto the new floor

187 code Red Bucket seat interior is super rare in a 69 GS car, original to this GS?

Are you going to be using the one piece floor with rockers? Recently saw one in a 71 Zone car. It is a nice piece saved the owner a lot of money installing the floors.

 

Sure am,..once it's all bolted down and squared up the Cowl will go on and start building from there

 

All original yes,..342 posi ..tilt,..ralley wheel,..consolette,..non air car

 

The red over red is gonna be sharp

 

Also have these two sitting here as well,...70 Chevelle and 1960 Porsche Super 90

 

Good bit of metal worked needed on the chevelle,...lots of body work on the Porsche

Need to finish my 70 X,...start on the 71 Stage 1,...the list goes on and on,...

 

That's a handful, but man what a nicely arranged car. I've seen your stuff Ethan, gonna be a sharp piece.

 

Looks like you will have fun and be busy. Your work is nice to follow and look at

 

Got another project on the way as well,....I'll post pics when I get it better situated

 

I have a 69 Skylark custom Convert.....I have the 187 bucket interior....is that rare also?

Are you going with a white top?
