    Hi All-
I'm talking with Jim W about some restoration work on my 1969 GS400 Stage 1. Who in this forum has used his services?

    Thanks,

I have, full frame restoration on my 7o. Awesome work, holding up well. Highly recommended.

He assembled an engine for me, I supplied the parts and was going to try it myself but quickly realized I was in over my head.
He was easy to work with, and I was not in any rush. I think it was a year wait for the engine.
He had some cool ideas on polishing the heads and intake, didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do... answered all my questions.
Lots of pictures to document the build.
Shipped the engine 600 mi to my town.
I put it on an engine dyno and it made the power he figured and the dyno guy commented on the attention to detail.
He is building a rear end for my Riviera now which should be done here in January last I talked to Jim.
He seems fair and like he takes pride in his work.
I am happy with the engine! (it's the one in the thumbnail)
