Hi, everyone. I haven't posted for a while. I had a rebuild (by me) ST400 Switch-Pitch transmission in my 67 Riviera. It worked perfect. With manual switch for activating high-low pitch.

My question now is, I have a complete Switch-Pitch interior, with special converter from a GS drag-race car here in The Netherlands. They broke the casing while racing.

I know there is a small difference in de regular TH400 casing on the front where you fit the front pump. One of the small holes must be plugged (they say a plug, the size of a the endcup of a glass fuse, with a small hole in it)
I cannot find any pictures to see which hole to plug on the regular TH400 casing. Can someone please sent me a clear picture where it is visible wich small hole to plug ? Would really appreciate it ! Thanks.

    Here you go.

Since your current case is broken, cut the OE plug out of it..

    Jim,

I was told the hole should be .030. Is that size correct? I think I got that hole size from Kenne-Bell many years ago.

    Thanks, Matt

Yup, I use a number 60 drill bit, which is .039, and that has always worked fine.
