No problem guys, I'm glad you like it and I hope you all can find useful information in it. I was able to get it posted so quickly because on Monday I realized that I had already scanned the entire manual in July of 2013. So all I had to do was just upload it during lunchtime at work. Soon of the pages with really small print are hard to read. We now have a different scanner so maybe I can try to rescan the manual and see if it produces a better product. When I photocopy the pages they look much better than the .pdf scans.
