I picked up a really nice original 72 Riviera last weekend from the wife of a local club member who passed away recently. It's about as cream-puff as it gets, and I love it. Not in love with the color, but you can't be choosy when a car like this falls into your lap. Few things that need immediate attention: Choke coil exhaust leak New tires (the ones on it are well over 20 years old) Additional exhaust leak at manifold collector Coolant flush Heater core That's about it. I'll post photos in my next post from my phone..
He is actually here now. It’s a no-go on the work. There’s just too much and a lot of it is not accessible. Plus the stuff he can actually reach will be so expensive to repair, I can’t do it. So I have a decision to make. Leave it or paint the car. I think I already know the answer.
