Guys your all wrong that's a 1 of 1 in those options I change my opinion on the selling price to 39k

 

There is no possible way Mecum (or BJ) can police every car that crosses their auction block. Auctions are completely 'buyer beware'. If you don't do your homework on a car you are interested in, you have no one to blame but yourself.

 

When you sign up to be a bidder there’s a huge disclaimer to read that basically states that Mecum is not responsible for anything that the seller represents on any car sold at the auction.
It’s 100 % on the buyer to confirm any claims of anything.

 

Well, it is no reserve. But taking a closer look at it, too many issues to even suggest a number now. Yes, the Phillips head screws pushed me over the edge. If they are going to do that, anything else they've done is likely wrong.
