After a lot of research and a lot of help and input from V8 members I have assembled what I believe to be the most accurate Body Bushing kits for our Buicks.

There are 3 Companies involved in these kits simply because each company chosen seems to have the best portion of the Kit requirements.

Inline Tube, CARS and AMK are all included in assembling these kits. (AMK is supplying the Bolts if needed)

There are a couple different variations depending on what you need.
There is also a Bushing & Bolt kit available for those of you that want to use a "bolt in bushing" at the # 4 Location rather than just a bushing as the factory did.

    Works on 1968 - 1972 A-Body (Maybe more)

Pricing Starts at $195 and goes up from there. (Kit # 1)

See these kits along with pricing and ordering options on my websites Chassis Page.

The most popular kit sells for $255.00 (Kit # 3)
    Kit includes the following:

    • 2) Center Bushings
    • 4) Solid Mounts
    • 8) Front & Rear Bushings
    • 10) Lower Bushings with Molded in Washers
    • 10) Phosphate Flange Bolts (Not hardware store stuff)
    • Correct Core Support Bushings & Hardware also included

    Fits 1968 – 1972 – Coupe or Convertible

Note: Core Support Bushings are included in this Kit as well as the Correct Hardware!

There are 2 Lesser Priced versions to choose from depending on each customers needs.

Todd, any chance you offer a full kit for a 69 Riviera or is it just A-bodies only?

I had a customer order one of my kits last week for his Riviera. (Assumed it was the same) I haven't heard back from him yet so at this point I don't have any feedback as to whether the kit worked.

Maybe somebody else reading this can shed some light on the Riviera's using the same Bushing's as the A Body Cars ??? I think the quantity of bushings is the same. . . .

Ok thanks Todd. I'll wait and see what kind of feed back you get from that other fella in regards to it working on the Riv or not. I hope it does then I'll order one. I'm pulling the engine on my car soon so you know "while we're there" kicks in and away we go down the rabbit hole :D:p

I ordered( years ago ,from another seller ) and used the A body kit on the 68 Riv and to the eye they were identical. I actually had a couple extra in the kit. So ya, it worked ok.

Tod. can you put together something for my 66 Wildcat? Probably the same stuff.

    Thanks for the info!

I have kits here so if the Wildcat takes the same mounts or a combination of the same mounts I should be able to set you up ! Give me a shout when you're ready.

Thanks for your help in putting these kits together Scott!

Here's one of the reasons 3 different companies were involved in getting the right stuff . . . . .

    Body Bushing Tip . . .
If you're in the market for a Body Bushing Kit here's ONE of the differences between some of the kits currently on the market. . . . .
This photo shows a "Concours" Level Lower Bushing on the Top Left of the Photo. I won't mention the sellers name but it does NOT have the Washer Molded in like the Factory Buick Mounts had. The one on the Top Right of the photo does have the Washer Molded in and therefore more correct for our Buicks. The other style will need a separate washer utilized at each mount. Speaking of the Washers . . . there are 2 different diameters on the market so that can be a bit tricky as well! Shown on the bottom. . . 1 Phosphate and 1 Zinc version. Zinc version is slightly bigger in diameter.

This is one of the things I considered when I put together the kits I offer. I had to utilize 3 different companies to get the correct bushings at all 7 locations. So when you're shopping and comparing prices keep this in mind. It's just ONE of the differences you'll run in to.

I offer 3 different kits depending on what each customer needs. Some contain the Correct Bolts if needed as well as the correct Core Support Bushings.
See them on my website's "New Products" page if interested > New Products Page

Max Damage I'm working on it!

Are these correct for the stepchildren (68-69?)

    I believe so . . . . . I'll admit I'm not an expert on the 68/69 cars but I'm pretty sure the Bushings are the same from 1968 - 1972.
    Plus the Packaging states (1968 - 1972) so even the Manufactures are agreeing . . . .
