Need Help!! 8.2 10 bolts in reverse pulls rear wheels in bind and pop

    I wish I knew If i could tell just by looking at but idk much about gears

    I'd say if you're not hearing any gear noise and the backlash is ok, the gears are probably fine.

    Have you checked for a broken trailing arm?

    I just replaced all the suspension and it still does it

    Could it be the emergency brake binding in reverse ?

    Very good possibility. Pop the drums off and have a look at the brakes.

    Did you just have the transmission rebuilt recently? My friend had a problem like that once. He had just had his TH350 rebuilt,and when he put in reverse it would lockup. Not sure if it’s the same issue as yours.

    Not that I’m aware of from the guy I bought it from a year and half ago . I’m open to any ideas cause I’m totally lost without everyone’s ideas . Or maybe even the drive shaft

    It’s really easy to remove both drums

    ok. take some pictures so we can see they are on correct.

    still so far looks like the cause is going to be in the positraction unit.

    You think if I put new fluid and that additive it’ll help ?

    Close. Body to axle flexible brake line. Replace and bleed.

    Also With car in neutral I can turn the Axel forward without issue but turning it in reverse Is extremely difficult not sure if that how it’s supposed to be

    I just removed the drive shaft and it spins freely without any issues

    But I just put the drums back on and I think I feel a drag
