We are taking orders for the next run of out billet heads. We cannot offer a single order set at a time for our normal price of $4,995.00 bare, no seats or guides. These heads must be prepaid! If you are considering a build with these heads during the winter now is the time to act. We will be ordering the material as early as next week. Due to tight scheduling these heads should be ready by the end of January 2021. They can be ordered and prepped for either a 2.500” or 2.430” intake and 1.780” exhaust seat. They flow over 500cfm at 1” and 532 cfm at 1.2 with no other porting.

Wish you luck Ken with the sale of your billet heads.I personally believe that if you offered a cast 400+ CFM head out of the box no porting with water you would sell a hell of a lot more than the billet heads. But I could be wrong.

You are right. I started this project to run my procharger and then heads for nostalgia blown fuel for John Everett. Then I got into the billet cranks then whole kits that I’m still working on. After I get rockers, valve covers and cams. Then will come heads. A S2 TE equivalent will put out more than 400 cfm. A Street S1 style head would come at the same time. Sheet metal/ billet hybrid intakes will also be made. It’s all out for the blocks. Trying to get a production schedule before end of year.

Curious what the heads flow in all the lower lift areas.....always see 500+ cfm at 1"claim..
Can you share with us the flow #'s from the lower lifts so we can compare it to something that we all have available...Like a good TA Stage 2 TE ported etc? Just for a reference so we can see just how much better these heads really are!
Maybe they have been posted in the past and I just haven't seen anything yet.
    Thank you.

I have no idea what a good ported TA S2 TE head flows. Maybe you could post the flow numbers to give us all something to compare with. Here are a few numbers. Int .400"-316 cfm, .600"-421 cfm, .800"-480 cfm, 1"- 507 cfm,
exh, .400" - 226, .600" - 302 cfm, .800" - 327 cfm, .1" - 337 cfm. Keep in mind these are not for the average street or bracket runner who use cams around .600" lift and turn 6,000 to 7,000 rpm. We are building 2 motors that will turn 8500 and over 9000rpm. Frankly there is no meaningful comparison between the Wildcat heads and any of the currently available heads. I talked to Mike quite a while back about flow numbers of his canted valve heads. At that time he had already done flow tests on sample ports as this was before the castings. He told me they would flow 400, 450 480... so you get the picture he wasn't going to say. By now he has had time to put a couple of valves in and do flow testing. You might call him for comparison numbers. There are classes where you cannot modify the valve angle from stock. Some allow billet, some penalize for raised ports. These were specifically made for Nostalgia top fuel.

It sounds like to me Ken that what you’re doing is just satisfying parts for a very small select group of people. You’re certainly not going to sell any quantity building nostalgia top fuel Buick heads. A Fresh new design of cast heads with water and cast intake to go with them is what would grow the Buick community and hopefully turn a profit for you. But it’s your money.

Bob did my S3 heads with their CNC program. I forget right now what the numbers were but they picked up 45 cfm. Im thinking it was in the mid 400 range. Id love to order a set of these now but having so much tied up in the new build and really nothing to show for it yet makes that not likely

I’ve never seen A Buick head the Flowed Close to 400 or over without hitting water and welding. Just went through that with Scott Brown a while back about trying to get those numbers and we talked about how that’s what has to happen and even then there a drag race only cylinder head not used for street use.they get too thin and high roller cam spring pressures prone to cracking at The roof.TA has made some nice improvements over the years of that stage2 design however he’s got all you can get out of them. It’s time for a fresh sheet of paper

Can't think of a better track record that Scott Brown's for making power with cylinder head limitations on a naturally aspirated combo.

My TE stage 2's are in the 385 range at max and there was "considerable" work done to them....... no way in the mid 400's. Chris S. could comment on the exact numbers and at what lift.

We had a solid set of TA S2 that we got to 445 cfm. Still no where near enough for us. We needed 480 min to be competitive. Since then we did epoxy work that flows over 400 for the masses. We will revisit them later next year or after the blocks are done. We also have a huge canted valve head for big stroke motors. Not likely to finish that design without a stretched block. Not to worry, nothing is Buick anymore!

Most people that are on this site give a rats ass how wonderful an LS motor supposedly is, we come here because this site is dedicated to V8-BUICK engines. So what's your mission Wild thing....to keep stirring that LS pot you got cookin' and try to convince the rest of us how mighty it is?

No mission, sir. Like it was stated to me earlier im just posting a wonderful "alternative". If anything I was hoping this community would convince me to stay SBB or even go BBB but its been counter productive. I can go on and on but these kinds of threads speak for themselves.

This gentleman is simply trying to sell a head he believes in and gets met with criticism on what he should be selling vs what he wants to sell.

What happens if he gets upset and pulls the plug on his project? Their goes another seller who's trying to keep Buick on the map thanks to the people here.

V8 Buick huh? V6 guys get out now then. LS guys get out too. Who cares about traffic to this site, right?

Your LS motor is not your typical 350 Chevy motor anymore either The darn thing should be good it has had well over 50 years to perfect it.

At least this guy Ken is going out to make the Buick aftermarket parts better, no one else is doing it besides TA and they are trying to stay with in the stock configuration.

Put a big blower on a 350 like gsjohnny did he has that rail rolling
