Maybe TA would be able to tell you who they had making their first batch of lifters? Would have been sometime around late 2009 or early 2010?
Humm...they sure don't look like Demko's recent batch that were supposedly noisy. Mine weren't. Maybe even Morel cheapened them up. Strange that they changed the design.
