    Hey All-

I'm considering swapping out the stock intake for an Edelbrock but don't know the correct part number. Some websites say the 2711 will fit but others say otherwise. Anyone with a 350 know from experience? My heart isn't set on Edelbrock either so if you know of other types that will be direct fit, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Also, I'm likely going to stay with the stock carb.

    Thanks!

The only aftermarket intake manifolds for a Buick 350 are made by TA Performance or Poston which is now out of business. Both of these manifolds are not much better than stock when you look at the price vs improvements. Edelbrock does not have one to fit the Buick 350.

The 2711 won't fit. That is for an Oldsmobile. TA performance makes the only aluminum version for the Buick 350. The stock intake from earlier 350 will perform good as well, just a lot heavier.

buick 350 intake is not available from edelbrock . some sources get their chevy-buick-olds etc info mixed up in their database . I always try and check the source ( in this case edelbrock ) for accurate double checks .
basically you have three choices :
stock intake - works ok and some plenum mod's ( search here ) and some basic port matching will help .
TA dual plane aluminum intake . a ton lighter . street use mainly .
upcoming TA aluminum single plane intake . higher rpm usage . probably ok with cam , gears etc in a lighter weight car .
there is a poston choice - out of biz and reviews not good without mod's .
    try this www.taperformance.com

This ^^^^^^ There's a thread on here about how close a stock manifold is to the TA in performance manifold. It's eye-opening just how well a stock manifold flows. About the only advantage for a stock engine or mild engine build is the weight savings...
