Glad you like it! I cleaned the lens and polished it up a little before I sent it Thanks again and let me know if you need anything else
Bob, the door panels came today. Packed nicely, no issues. Excited to put them on. My thought was to use the headliner glue like you recommended and re-glue the edges back to the backer board, using paint sticks (to spread the load even) on both sides of the door panel edges and some clamps- whatya think, is that what you'd do?
yes just make sure you wait to adhere it.you can spray it.then brush the places you miss with a brush. Also you could use fiberglass mesh or something like jbweld to repair the clip holes. spray both surfaces and wait 10 minutes or 15 minutes before you attempt to marry them together.I would use heavy corrugated cardboard on the vinyl side and a wooden stick on the back to hold and SQUEEZE CLAMPS after that spray them down with whesleys bleach white and scrub with a brush rinse with Hot water on a rag and repeat before you put on whatever vinyl treatment you use they will clean up nice with a little work
Any chance you have any bench seat parts? I am looking for the plastic sleeves that the seatbelts thread through and the plastic cover that goes over the center hinge base? Thanks, Tony
