Mine won't be done for a while, currently in pieces in the garage, ready to go to the machine shop. Plus, it'll be in a Firebird, so not sure it qualifies :(

    Info on traction?
I/C points, relocator brackets/no-hops/southside typebars etc.
After reading about 100 different setups, you can narrow it down into recipes for each ET range

Your swap is perfect for the "swap section", where SBB are swapped into trucks, jeeps, and even F*RDS! What better way to piss off a Mustang driver? Maybe beating them with a Buick powered Stang would work!

Be sure to take pics of the engine buildup and pics of the engine swap as well!

PS... PM me if you need any help...

I have a spot for you in the "readers rides" section so just keep me posted. It is easy for me to add your pics and info close to the end so no worries there!

Yes, I have saved you a 2 page slot! Instead of the "readers rides section your build will be in the more in depth "350 Builds" section since I like your build so much.

Take your time and the more info the better...Pics of the build and lot of details about your custom work... Track times would be awesome, but you can give them to me later if you want.

Please keep in mind people that if your car is stock with no modifications that is a fine! Just fill in the info that applies like milage ect.

This will be the run down so copy and paste this into an e-mail, fill in your details and pics and send it to me at sean-gaskin AT hotmail.com:

    -Owners name and location
-Model, year of vehicle and engine size
    -Total miles
-Miles on engine and year if different
-Rear end gear ratio and stall speed of torque converter if not stock
-brand and size of rear tires
-1/4 mile or 1/8th mile times including 60 foots and MPH (dyno info is good too)
-If raced list the rpm you leave the line as well as shift points and weight

    Information about your engine:

    -Rebuilt or not
-Static compression ratio (state whether estimated or measured)
-Carburetor (If you know the jetting let me know)
    -Ignition (also timing specs)
    -Intake manifold
-Cylinder heads (if ported and you have flow numbers add them, if valves are oversized state sizes)
-Pistons and overbore size (cast, hyper or forged)
    -Connecting rod
-Camshaft (specs and how it is degreed)
-Exhaust (headers or not as well as pipe diameters)
    -Any oiling modifications
    -Any power adders
    -Engine builder
-A few sentences about why you enjoy your SBB powered car/truck... Something like "It drives like a regular car, but when you floor the pedal it is like the devil himself has grabbed a hold of you and slammed you back in the seat" or "The low rpm torque lets my Jeep idle up hills in the bush"

Please give as much detail about each of the above as possible and if your engine components are stock just list stock beside the item. If unknown just leave it blank.

Sean, Do you have a desktop dyno? I was wondering if you had enough info on my 350 to get an idea of the HP?

I can run some numbers for you... I will e-mail you... Off the top of my head I am betting on about 370-390 hp but I will run it tonight.

Reguarding those with no paint job, spoty primer, junk yard projects, rough around the edges, old survivors, etc.... those that have some unique feature of interest; How about a RAT ROD section. GB

Sounds like a good idea to me... As long as it is Buick SBB powered I want to hear about it and see some pics! Maybe hide the imperfections with some tire smoke LOL!

Seriously though, all SBB powered vehicles are welcome! There is a Buick 350 Go-Cart that I want to know a bit more about....
