We have em, they're in stock. I don't remember the part number or price off hand but I haven't had a chance to put them in the catalog yet, I'll try to remember to get a picture up. I brought one along to the BPG meet with my roller can and lifters for display, dunno if anyone on the board saw it though.

Sorry guys, school has started back up for me and I'm still trying to finish an online math class so my time to go to the shop has been very short. Could someone send me a PM reminding me about the cam bumper so that it pops up every time I come to the board? (I check through the board first thing when I get to the shop)

Sorry for the delays and thanks

I dont understand this whole roller cam setup.I do understand the whole less friction aspect that is just common sense. What I am not understanding is that since its a roller cam you can run higher valve lift but it will be more streetable??I am understanding this right?Anyways im rambling can someone school me in Hydraulic roller cams please. Thanks Russ

Since I am running a small cam for the turbos, there really is not a huge advantage for me to go roller but for a huge NA cam it would be nice if you have extra $ and already maxed out your heads for porting.

This explains your question I think.

Couldnt you just get one ground to those specs?

That would be stupid to grind a roller cam to hydraulic cam specs because then you don't take advantage of the patterns that only can be used on roller cams.

I think people are too worried about their hydraulic cams failing.

How to make your cam last:

Buy a quality made cam and the correct springs. No exceptions
    Use good assembly lube.
    Properly break in the cam.
Use ZDDP in your oil forever.

If you do all that then you will be fine.:TU:

Actually roller grinds have more lift. Check this one out. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LUN-60233/

There are NO guarantees. bad news. Left the house at 8:30 sat. morn. to hit the track and run a few mustangs(stang weekend at the track) got 30 miles from home (track is 100 away) heard slight ticking, stopped and figured better get back home. Made it home and ticking was increased now. Pulled valve covers, #3 intake lobe is missing approx. .125 (dial indicator off pushrod). Don't understand why, runnin Brad Penn oil with the zinc in it, broke cam in with inner springs removed,(runnin T/A duals with 125 seat pressure, 325 open press. at .500 lift). Lunati never recommended a spring part # , I was the first one to buy this 67003 cam. I have a set of Crane duals with 275 open pressure, didn't think they would be enough to close the valves and follow the lobe at 6,000 rpm so I got the T/A duals. I have 4,000 miles on this cam! Used Penn oil, changed it every 2,000 miles to be safe, yes, ZDDP too!. Tired of wrenchin for some part failure, Goin to call Lunati, see what they say, if they warranty or partial replacement, I will sell the cam to someone. I'm goin T/A roller this time for sure. Talked to Mike this afternoon, sounds like he will set me up with a nice performance ROLLER grind! How's .584 lift sound???? Would like to get one custom ground with pwr. between 2,000 and 6,000 like the Voodoo. Car has been running great, expected to run mid 13's or better! Now this crap..... Really PO'd. Oh well, winter project I guess.

Guy; left that info at work. Think dur. @ .050 was slightly higher than the voodoo, around 231/236. Mike has some ideas for dur. and ctr line/lobe separation numbers , with 10.0 to 1 comp. plus runnin on 93 octane, & keepin vacuum at 10". I will get this 350 rockin again.
