Here's one from a buddy of mine. Back in '66 he purchased a brand new Sport Satillite, Red/Black, 426 HEMI, H-D 4-spd, Dana. A true special order car. Anyway, back in '82 he has this thing out on the local 6 lane hwy, just out exercising it (39,000 mi original, stored since '69) and a '68 Charger pulls along side (55 MPH). The kid driving it has HEMI badges and it looks pretty mean. He blips the throttle and points at my buddy to run. Well Andy shrugs and drops to 2nd gear (right where the HEMI likes to rev), on the count of three they drop the hammer. Andy takes off like a scoulded dog, by the time he is in 4th, no Charger. So he backs off, a few minutes later along comes the Charger. The kids eyes are HUGE. He points to the Satillite and mouths "Is that a HEMI?", Andy nods. The kid then points to his car and shakes his head, "This isn't!".
