Year heads?

    Friend of mine got me a set of sbb heads and I want to know what year and if they would be a good candidate for porting.

    numbers are B1382546 and a E 23 on one and the other is B1382546K and a E 14.

    Not much of an issue, all Buick 350 heads are similar for performance.
