This is my first post, but hopefully not my last -- I'm in the market for a 64-67 Sportwagon. I'd like one that is stock, complete, and in excellent condition (family obligations preclude any projects). Any leads are greatly appreciated. I've seen a few online from dealers, but I'd rather buy from an individual. I'm located in Southeast Michigan. Thanks in advance for any leads!

PS -- I'd also settle for a Vista Cruiser..

Thanks -- this is a great lead, and a great car (I love the grills on the 67s), though I think it's a little out of my price range. I appreciate you passing this along! You and other members here have been super helpful.

Thanks again! I saw the 64 over at Hemmings. Looks nice. There's also a nice 67 listed there as well.

Wonder how much they'd come down on the 64 or the 67. The prices seem all over the board for these. I wonder if it's because they are relatively rare and increasing (somewhat) in popularity? Perhaps it's hard to benchmark them, or maybe dealers are just fishing.

I'm going to look at this 66 Sport Wagon (hopefully) on Saturday. Looks like a nice car (though front seat doesn't match). It's been for sale a while, and the price has steadily crept downward from $17400. (In fact, I believe it was mentioned on this board sometime in late 2012; one member commented on the high price).

Streetside Classics is a consignment shop. You tell them what you want out of your car and they add their fees on top of that. So I'm sure there is some "wiggle-room" on both ends - the car owner & Streetside. If you like the 64, make them a low-ball offer and see where it goes...

Went to look at a 66 Sport Wagon today, and it needed a little too much body work for my taste (the roof windows were poorly patched and, if fixed properly, the surrounding area would need a repaint). Still, it was the first Sport Wagon I actually sat in, and I'm totally hooked.

Perhaps this belongs in a different forum, but would the 64 have rear seat belt mounts? I don't think rear belts were an option that year.
