Seller claims "book states 72 Buick 455 Stage 1 4-speed"..... While it's correct for a 72 455, it's no where near correct for a Stage 1, much less a Stage 1 4-speed as both the 7042242 and the 7042942 came on both the automatics and the 4-speed cars. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A LOT OF SCATTERED THEORIES ABOUT THIS NUMBER. AGAIN,CONFIRM YOUR APPLICATION, NO GUARANTEES AS PER THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION. I DO NOT KNOW WHICH SOURCE TO BELIEVE.
