Ok guys. Thanks for your help in advance. #1) How do you change station pre-sets on an 8 track. This is my first time dealing with it and I have NO idea how it works. It's hard enough finding the station, but everytime i have to switch, i have trouble finding it back. I have no idea how to set the pre-sets so any help would be appreciated. #2) What the heck is that thing coming down from the middle of the dash? This is my first car and I don't want to do anything to it that will have harsh repurcussions
I believe if you manually tune the radio to a station, then pull out on one of the pre-set buttons, then push it all the way back in.. it will set to that station. As for the thing under the dash it looks like ductwork. Just push it back up and try not to kink it.
curtis is correct as to setting the stations. that hanging tube is ductwork that need to be tucked back and tied, under dash. maybe it is disconnected.
