Think we went through this a while back but can't find it. I need a source for the wiring harness clips that were used in the engine compartment. These are the shorter plastic ones on the wheelhouse, one end has an expandable design, it goes through the hole, then you wrap it around the wire harness and the other end has a tit that goes into the first end, expanding the head to keep it locked in. About 4" long, made of plastic. Any ideas?? Thanks Tim
Stop the presses>>>>>>> Ames Performance a Pontiac resto company in New Hampshire has the exact looking repros. Cars inc. do not look at all like originals. I bought some and the heads are wrong. Ames sell both sizes with the size printed on them like "2.75" as original. I think they also have part number printed on them as well. The originals were made by Robins which is printed on the originals but not the good repros other than that they are the only ones that are correct. If you are supper fussy then go to ames as thes things are pretty cheap and why spend money twice? Cars never give refunds either. Hope this helps all you concourse freaks. I found these by accidenet at a car show once. They are the only ones i'll use
Tim the Ames # for the wire strap is P101C, I am not sure if this is the 3.75 size or the 2.75 size but they had both last time i ordered. Their site says 1.50 each
