what is the red or pink wire used on the turbo 350 for. is it the reverse lights by chance? any help is appreciated thanks
This wire actually started out as pink. Part of the emmissions control system. Not positive on the sequence of operation but it energizes the TCS, mounted on/near the carb., to advance vacuum to the distributor when the trans. is in third gear. Should see a two wire connector near the carb. with a purple/violet resistor across the wire ends. Scond pink is the power supply I nelieve.
