The weather strip where the window glass enters the door needs to be replaced on my '67 convertible. The rubber is starting to fray into thin strips in once place at the driver's window. I've never replaced this stripping before on any car I've owned (not even sure of the correct name for this strip of rubber). I'm guessing it is not a complicated job on a convertible, but I have no clue.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a company where I can buy a good set of these for the car (all four passenger compartment windows)? Also, is this product generally sold in a long strip and you cut lengths appropriate for each window?

Thanks in advance for any advice. If I posted this in the wrong forum, I'd appreciate someone directing me to the right one (this did not seem to fit any of the forum categories exactly).

i believe the parts you are refering to are called "fuzzies" they seal against the windows correct? if thats what we are both talking about then many vendors sell them, just shop around. i personally got mine from "the patrs place" they look to be quailty pieces but ive yet to install them.

Yes, the part that seals against the glass in the door. Thanks.
