Anyone have photo of how the clips install to attach window trim? I remove 10+ yrs ago & can't figure it out.

Are you talking about these clips that held the stainless.chrome trim around the windows?

If the studs were broken off we held the clip on the end of a small scratch awl set it in the channel and made a tiny hole.
then we had screws like these we coated with a bees wax dip to screw in and hold the clips in place.

I may have some of those clips in my junk box.

Watch this video it shows you how to do it without damaging the glass or trim. I have a 69 Riv and this method worked flawlessly! Yes it's a chevy video but the clips are the same.

At work we made our own tool. Just a bit of flat stock with a hook ground in one end with the handle end dipped in some plast dip.

Hook looked like this double hook set up. You can buy this one at Atuo zone for about $9.00.
