I happened to come across a cheap Power Brake booster and master clyinder from a 69 Skylark, will the booster fit my 64 skylark wagon o No: ,i am not worried about the master cylinder yet(converting to disc later) Just wondering if it would work,thanks...Darren
The power booster should fit. I had a 69 Skylark disc brake system on my first 64 Skylark back in the 70's. The 67 Skylark used the larger booster and is basically the same firewall and pedal assembly as the 64-66. It even cleared the valve cover on the 70 455 I had in there. It was kind of hard to get the cover off, but it was still able to be done. Should not be an issue with the 300 or any SBB. Mark
Excellent! I am putting a 430 into it so it will be tight fit i guess!,Thanks for all info, and take care...Darren
