I have a 1967 GS400 convertible. I live in Sherman Oaks, CA.. In LA county about 10 miles north of Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Michael
I have a 71 also, however I have never done anything other than hold the power down button. Maybe I've been dropping the top wrong for 33 yrs.o No: I'm sure I have all the lit somewhere packed away.

Just picked up a '71 GS 350 basket case - Burnished Cinnamon, Sandalwood top, white interior, #'s matching. Nicely optioned - one of seven '71 verts with Comfort-Flo. Someone else's unfinished business - Resto started & nothing else done since the late 80's. They started putting in a trunk & pass floor (all wrong) & cut the quarters back too far. Will be an epic sheetmetal job. Currently looking for a parting out 70-72 vert with rusted lower portion of the quarters that I could just get the top "vert only" part so I have something to splice a hardtop quarter to. PM me if you have or know of.
Ive had this car for a while I reckon i will add a pic of it! 67 gs400 convertible. Ps pdb pwr windows original am fm. Big cam mt ss headers shift kit in sp400 trans. Quick ratio steering box large frt sway bar and factory rear bar. In the process of building a 8.2 3.55 limited slip for it to swap out the peg leg hiway gear it has. For all the purists i have buick rallys for it but handles much better with the custom 18s rear 17s front! No idea what shade of red this is. Was on car when i bought it but i plan to change it eventually .
Beautiful car and color Chris! 67 red colors; Buick - Red, Apple Red Same - 67 GTO -Regimental Red. Seen an original 17,000 mile Ram Air car in this color. Absolutely stunning in this color. Same - 67 Camaro- Bollero Red
My Avatar should look different come this April...almost 3 years for a complete frame off, resto mod, '72. Stay tuned...
At top and interior shop getting finished. Scheduled to get it back June 26th. Then back to final work, wing, headlight jackets and hood Trim...very long and painful experience...then I go on family vacation so I won't drive till mid July...ugh!
Ziggy stop by any time if you're in the New Hope area. Maybe I'll see you round Hilltown - I work up there. Getting my 69 ready for blue mist paint soon. Chris Skwerly55@gmail.com
