Not excatly an answer to your question, but maybe helpful. http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=52035
carquest lists part #31-2219 , left and right same # . will try and add a pic . yep - 2 pics actually . those are USUALLY pretty accurate . '63 chevy info interesting . pic #1 is listing for the 66 gs #31-2219 part , pic #2 is part #312142HD for a '63 biscayne 283 , also same part# left or right .
Paul, best bet is to have your old ones redone. About $85 for the pair. Steele did mine in under 2 weeks.:TU: Of the two mounts pictured above, the chev one will require drilling a hole in your adapter plates, the other one won't work at all since it only has one tab for the thru-bolt.... you need two tabs. You can try Doug at Buickfarm.com or Russ at centervilleauto.com they might have some originals in stock.
I have the chevy 3 bolt on mine, you just have to drill out the middle bolt hole in the plate. And you can get them in urethane too.
$180 for two mounts!!! that is crazy no wonder why people modify sbc mounts to fit. I would make my own out before i pay that.. Inflation is just crazy!!!! Paul 66larkgs
I just looked them up through NAPA http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/R...99001+101966+50008+2008030+29444&Ntk=Category I found them listed at OPG also http://www.opgi.com/p/engine-mechanical/881/84/S230367.html Hope that helps :TU:
Found these at Advance Auto. The ad says they fit the Skylark, but the picture looks like the full sized car mount. What is the exact differene? http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/we...mission-Anchor_3264904-P_27_R|GRPENGPAMS_____ Classic Buicks will revulcanize your originals for around $90
The Advance Auto ones only have one tab for the thru-bolt. The Skylark GS mounts have two tabs. I've never seen an aftermarket Sky GS mount available, it's a dealer only item. I bought a pair in the early 80's before they were discontinued. There's a pic of the correct Skylark GS mount in the link in post #2.
