Colorado is beautiful. I went to school in Laramie, WY so I spent a lot of time getting the heck out of there and going south. Loved Fort Collins, one of my favorite cities ever.

I've vacationed in Moab, Utah a few times. Did some 4-6 day mountain bike trips in the Canyonlands.... White Rim trail, and The Maze. Fascinating trips with overwhelming scenery!

I love the American southwest. Would love to spend more time exploring it. All the gorgeous scenery can make it distracting to drive some of those roads in an 18 wheeler!!

I used to consider some of the scenery a fringe benefit while trucking!

I did as well during my vagabond, go anywhere days. One of my favorite trips took me up US 89 from Flagstaff, AZ into UT.

Now doing a scheduled route covering mainly 4 or 5 midwestern states. Boring, but predictable and I know a few good parking places.

I get up in the morning, I see 2 mountain ranges in Utah, 2 in Colorado.
We have to slow down for all the deer crossing our county road allthe time.
