Mine is positively tiny compared to most of yours...

There's barely enough room to fit them both in. If I were to start another project, something may have to move.

I use the 3-bay for storage of the TA's and the Kubota. The 40x40 is where I make a mess. :)

Buick assembly 001.JPG Here's my 1440 sq foot garage with my attached 1100 sq foot house. I can fit six cars and my Cub Cadet tractor in it and still have room to work. I try and do long term projects in the back and parking and short term projects in the front. I'm working on a plan to install a lift, but with 7' 8" ceilings, I need to figure out the correct way to cut 4 roof trusses. Buick last assembly 009.JPG IMG_0001 (4).JPG

Before the mess took over it looked like this, 12' ceiling for three lifts. I really have to find time this winter to organize the mess and sell a few cars:(

We are fortunate and have 2 nice buildings, 1st is a 24x24 garage with 8' ceiling, it had cheap white vinyl siding & 4" facia. I removed all the siding, soffit & facia as well as 3 3'x3' windows and a 16'x7' overhead door on opposite end of building as the 8'x7' overhead door. Redid the gable end frame work and beefed the facia up to 6" as well as a new asphalt shingle roof, all of which was done this past summer. 2nd building is our shop building thats 30'x48' with 12'+ ceiling. All the soffit and facia is steel and was just installed this past fall.

My shop is a 30 X 50. Not anything fancy, but Dave Benisek was here back when I was building the Apollo GSX

I love this thread, now I just need to turn jealously into inspiration.
