What's it worth

    I am going to go look at a 65 Wildcat convert. on Sunday and I was wondering if anyone could give me a idea on a price range for the vehicle. The guy told me that it is all original and there is no rust. The motor has not run for years and the top is shot. I know there aren't many details but I guess I will find out everything on Sunday.

    I don't think I would go beyond $2000, if it were as nice as possible outside of the problems you mentioned. Not a high demand car by any means. Typical car in barn condition I wouldn't go over $1500. If he won't offer a price at all, and makes you start, start at $1000.

    That kindof condition-$1500 if the body is REAL straight and the chrome is all there and not pitted. Check for rust behind the rear wheels, there is a body mount there that is very succeptible to rust. I have 10 of these cars in various conditions. If you have any Q's, contact me!
