This ^^^^, plus flashlights and I found that just one good size of my girl friends old pocket book is a great to just throw in a bunch open and closed end wrenches, screw drivers and hammer.
Usually store the cheaper Harbor Freight tools in them as out here on the East they will get surface rust after a while.

Smokey15 So old that I use AARP bolts.

I carry a quart of every fluid each car requires, except gear lube. Each car has basic tools, two nice bag chairs, a moving blanket, some rags, drying towels and window cleaner.

I was going to put that bit in but didn't want anyone to take it the wrong way, me being so politically correct and all...:D

Spare tire, scissors jack (bumper jack sucks) half inch drive ratchet extension and 19 or 21 mm socket, and cell phone.
You can snowball outta control taking spare parts.
Just keep up on EVERYTHING on the car and you shouldn’t have issues, these cars are simple:cool:

I carry a qrt of all the fluids the car requires, some screwdrivers, a small socket set, a few spare bulbs and fuses along with some bag chairs. If it can't be quickly fixed with any of that I call my Hagerty roadside and they bring the Riv home where I can tend to it.

fan belts are a must and im surprised on how many people ive seen replace a worn belt and dont keep it in the car as a spare .
most of the above ya'll have mentioned and fuses , bulbs for all lights , tow strap for towing or being towed to at least get off a busy HWY out the way .
ive seen so many people in classic cars at shows that have traveled hours with literally NOTHING . I just couldn't do that .
always make sure that spare is holding air too
