EDIT: I should add, I bought these parts for a '66 with the 8.2 inch rear...
Some of these sites do have used gears available...

You're in luck, I just researched this!
I just bought an Eaton posi unit from
    www.gearsareus.com
they also have full bearing, shim and seal kits for $100.
    For gears look here:
    www.drivetrain.com
    www.ringpinion.com Randy's
    www.agearworks.com Alans gear works
    www.schaefersringandpinion.com

For bearings and seals, your local parts store has them. Many are online.

    Autozone

'70 Buick Estate wagon, should have 9 3/8 Buick rearend. There are no aftermarket gears or posis for the 9 3/8. Have to source quality used.

Bearings, races, & seals are usually best sourced locally (for inspection), they will have to be bought individually as the 9 3/8 is an oddball, & '70 should have tapered axle bearings

Autozone sells Timkem (the only thing I'll buy from the Zone). OReillys & many other chains & bearing houses sell Federal Mogul. Federal Mogul has gone through major reorganization in last few years. Many of new Federal Mogul bearings are made overseas (example Eastern Europe). As long as the bearing & race is not made of Chinese steel, you should be fine.
