Were Clutch Fans Standard or Optional on a 1970 350?

    I tried plastic flex fans abt 48 years ago. They were supposed to free up h.p. due to the plastic blades flattening out at rpm.

    They sound like a wind-up rubber band airplane propeller though.:D
