    Hi All,
Just invested in a 65 Wildcat ragtop---need pretty much all weather striping. Does anyone know of the best place to buy this. Also need a boot.
    Thanx,
    Steve

    Metro Rubber

in '65 they made top weatherstrip in 2 different molds; Metro has rubber for both...its the header that has 2 possible types. check if corners are part of the front weatherstrip or part of the side.
Call CARS in NJ for a catalog-908-369-3666-some folks doon't like their customer service but they have the parts like window switches, interior parts.

    Any pictures?

    Ted

How about for the strip along the window? The one that goes along the top of the door and rides against the window? What is that called and who is good to order those from?

    weatherstrip

All the stuff for your WC (I have 2) is the same as a Chevy, so all the repro Chevy stuff will work. Steele Rubber products should have everything you need. Other manufacturers who do Chevy stuff (like Soft Seal) may also have it. They're usually cheaper than Steele.

    boot

Contact Acme Auto Headling in LA. They make a perfect repro boot--done correctly, not like some of junk I've seen. Make sure you use the right vinyl--you might have to get it yourself--depending on the color; contact SMS Auto Fabrics, so that it looks right.
