On January 23rd at 6:23 am Victoria was born into our family!! 7 lbs 13 oz...19-1/2" long....my wife and I are extremely happy with that, but she has been in intensive care ever since. There were problems with her kidneys not functioning, she was on a resperator and she had a huge ovarian cyst which burst shortly after she was born. The latest news as of yesterday is that her kidneys are finally functioning, she has been taken off the resperator, but there are complications from the cyst. I'm asking all in the community to pray for our little daughter as she is still in intensive care and will probably be there for quite some time due to the shock of the cyst bursting she can't urinate due to her lower half of her organs being inflamed and irrated (from her bellybutton on down) She is in so much pain when you accidently touch her belly she winces in pain and crys :ball: So far god has answered some of our prayers....we would just like some more people to pray for our daugher and hopefully more of our prayers will get answered!!! Thanks to all who pray for our daugher!! Larry
You have my prayers for sure. I will also extend this request to my family and friends. It must be horrible to be standing over your young daughter and being in a position where you just can't do anything for her. But He can and He will. And His will will be done. My sincere best wishes to your entire family.
Larry, My family and I offer our prayers for your daughter and you and your wife as well. We hope that hyou can bring her home soon.
Larry, Prayers really do help. I will pray for you daughter and your family. My son spent 61 days in the NICU and if it wasn't for the strength of others it would have been impossible to keep it together. Be strong for your wife and your daughter. Everything will work out.
What a sad thought, to think of such a little girl in such pain. :ball: God bless you and your family and especially your little girl right now, Larry! She will be in my prayers. ray:
Larry my heart and prayers go out to you , your wife and daughter . When my youngest son was born he had a major problem with his esaphogus (sp) so I fully undestand how this can devestate you . NO I don't fully understand because I am not in your shoes , I only know how I felt when facing a bad situation with a newborn .
