We made it to the Big Show with the top eight quickest teams in the nation! DdLuke it out to take the title home!

Throughout the weekend, their local ABC affiliate in Indianapolis did a live stream of the racing. Previous years have had them on the news and the Guinness Book of World Records Was there. Even the Indianapolis Colts stay for a while to watch.

It is loud in the building. Here's some footage from a local news channel that was taken on Friday as people were coming in

    Sure thing!

Last year we finished 5th with a qualifying time of 14.803 and two years, we finished 6th with a with a qualifying time of 15.056.

This year we had a setback. We had a dog that get injured 4 days before the event! So the roster had to change in which we are not going to run her best because it takes at least 3 to 6 months for the dogs to start getting used to one another to get the workflow going. We qualified with a 15.208. this is the same lineup we ran last year at the Puruna farms Nationals which they ran a 15.235 with 23-25' of passes of room. Typically 3' equals 0.1-0.2.

    Thanks for posting...

Very cool. We have a very fast smaller dog 30#, a Mountain Feist. Squirrels, rabbits make him crazy to get outside. He runs em down quick too.
Only downside is he is the neediest dog for wanting to be with you I've ever seen (think the movie "What About Bob), ha, ha, ha...

Sounds like a cool dog! I think we have a couple of those needy type dogs in the pack! Some of mine hunter as well...Jacks. I used to have them go to ground with their GPS collars with shovel in hand. Those were the days! I would like to take the whippets and lurchers out to do some hunting with 40 mph hares.

Now we are headed to Camden SC for the Whippet Nationals.
