Sorry the link stopped working, I had it going to a picture of the bellhousing I'm looking for.
They work on Buick Oldsmobile Pontiac.

I was over Jim Hawthorne's house this past weekend and he has an extra one. It is the Bell housing only, does not have the flat backing plate.

All his stuff is getting auctioned this coming Saturday.

If you know someone that is going they could bid on it for you.

Will either of these work for you? I can get better pics tomorrow if you need.

Hi Thanks for posting the pictures.
    This is the later version.
The lakewood catalog listed the bellhousing for Buick/Olds/Pontiac
Looking at the bellhousing the starter is on the wrong side for a Oldsmobile.
So the Buick bellhousing will not work on the Olds engine.
I do not have the original catalog just a picture posted on the web.

I'm sorry for wasting your time looking for a part that would not have worked anyway !!!!!

I have a buddy that has one with the starter on the olds side. I'll try to get a picture of it but I think it's a little pricy.

    bernhard,

Did you link this thread to yenko.net? I received a message regarding my scattershield and wanted to make sure it is legit. What do these sell for used?

    Thanks.

    Hi James
Yes I linked this thread to the Yenko forum thread that I started.

I'm not a expert on price and do not know how rare your bellhousing is?
The one that I'm looking for sells for between $250 to $350 with out block plate
I just bought one off ebay for $325.00
You have a complete bellhousing with block plate that is always a plus.
