    Hey guys,

A really good friend of mine just bought a 67 skylark, and it has the fender and side trim that is thick and goes with fender skirts (so no rear wheel trim). He is thinking he wants to take it all off and just get some regular fenderwell trim. Anybody have a nice, full set they want to sell?

    Thanks, Chris

    Chris,

I hope they are still in the garage. If I find them, I will post it up for you.

Hey , my buddy is going to wrecking yard now to look at a 66 Skylark with 340 he needs . I told him look to see if it has rear moldings for you guys . Did you ever find out if they'll work ?? Here's a pic for board members of a cool 67 going to Seattle ..

Is the chrome around the wheel wells the same for 66 & 67? I have just about every piece of chrome imaginable for the 66 Skylark including the convertible for that year. I dismantled four convertibles and at least five skylarks - I'm just disorganized so it would take me a while to locate and identify individual chrome pieces. Have you been on Ebay lately? There's a guy in Mississippi that wants an arm and a leg for 66 & 67 parts. If I could get half of what he asks for my stuff I would be satisfied! If I sell my Skylark i will probably list several "lots" of 66/67 parts just to get the stuff out of my life! I also have a factory AM/FM radio that just quit working during a bench test very recently - probably the power transistor. I have had this radio since the late 70's - $350.00 as is plus shipping if anyone is interested. I am into military trucks now and have three of them to concentrate my efforts on. My 66 Skylark didn't get any takers for $3500 so I can let it go for $3000 and you can drive this car home even if you live in California! Love to hear from someone.....
