Hi Tom...I have this real nice NON a/c dash pad. The ONLY imperfection is one of the mounting tabs is missing (shown in pix) but I dont think it will effect the way it mounts... Itsa lil dirty, but it appears to be solid black... perhaps very minimal fade but nothing obvious. Taka looksee and lemono if this will suit your needs. $225 plus actual Fedex Shipping and packaging costs. LET ME ADD, I am concerned with shipping this pad as shipping handlers dont seem to giva dern anymore... THAT is why I suggest Fedex packaging..at least they will be responsible for any damage IF it occurs...gnome sayn? Wheelz, Tampa Bay
