I am sad to admit I have been buick-less for 5+ years decided to see what's out there, found a nice 70 Gs 455 with non matching Stage 1 + driveline (nice local car show driver) for under 20k and I am seriously considering pulling the trigger . I have had several stage 1 cars but I really just want a decent non stage 70 bbb to take to local shows possibly something to take to the strip once a year ect . Ideal car would be my first car I sold in central fla around 1990, It was a 70 Diplomat Blue Gs 455 blue buckets black top car would ring my bell . Even though the car I am looking at checks a lot of the boxes it doesn't hurt to ask thanks, Jeff in Ohio

Yes Jim that's a very nice one looks like the one that was in the year one booth at the nats years ago. I made promises to the wife about the money and I would be in the same place I was in before with cars I am afraid to enjoy.
I know of a 70 Stage 1 that mostly matches that, frame off, non numbers motor for sale in the 40s. Don't think it has the black roof though but not sure. PM me if interested.
