WANTED: 300 V8 Valve Covers

I'm looking for a pair of original or nice aftermarket valve covers for a 300 V8. If you have a set, please let me know.

I have a set that I repainted. Any other 300 stuff on your list? I have a couple of radiator cover plates, bottom rubber cushions and brackets, a re-painted fan, a re-painted air cleaner, a re-painted thermostat housing, and a set of motor mounts. If you buy it all, I'll give you a good deal. PM me if interested.

 

If you're looking g for aluminum you could go with range rover valve covers. The couple of oil baffles would need to be drilled out on the bottom side.

You could polish or paint them. I had a nice set but sold them a couple years back. Another member had them on his 300 and they looked great. Well after painted and polished them.

Where did you get the paint for the valve covers?

 

I used the Offenhauser finned valve covers on mine, I didn't paint between the fins like some do. The green paint I use for touch ups is Plastikote green. My original value covers look different than the ones shown by bigblocksrule,they are wider and flatter across the top.

 

Try the older land rovers they had some nice looking valve covers that fit
