    Hi Fred,

Did you have time to look for the alternator? I sent a PM. Looking for 0B or 0A will be close. The car was built on 3/9/70.

    Thanks

A 37 amp would be for an A-body without AC etc.

A 42 amp would be for a big car without AC etc.

What car would this be for?

Got 2 of the 42 amp 691's, which reading the posts you don't need. I have only 1 761 37 amp date in 9o9.

    wheelz 'B' is for Buick.

    Ron.... I have a shelf full of alternators...prolly 25-30.
Not positive, but a GOOD CHANCE I may have one that will work for you. Problem is, it may take me a while to get to my storage....all the rains we've had, has washed out the major roadway getting 'into' and 'oudta' the facility...:Dou:

I thought the correct alternator would be a 1100774 for this application?
