WANTED - 1970 455 valve covers modified to clear 1.65 rockers

    Anybody have a set that they want to sell? I am told that there are some sets out there that were cut and re-welded to make them about 3/8 taller to clear roller rockers. Any help appreciated...

    They make thicker valve cover gasket for that purpose.

    x2. I ran stk covers with TA thick gaskets, 1.65 rockers on a 308S

    Been there with the gaskets, didn´t like them......
