I've got a bunch of vintage hot rod and car related records here. Stuff like Ronnie + the Daytonas GTO, album + 45's, GeeTo Tiger 45, Sox & Martin's "The Drags", other dragstrip albums + hot rod albums. I've got a 1970 Chevy dealer record with a nice pic of cars on the back. A Buick dealer record, an Olds dealer record, just a lot of them! Anybody here collect these?
The story is I've got a pile of rare records here, I've had for a long time. I'm supposed to see a guy about buying some old comics and he buys records, too. But, I'd rather see them go to car guys. This is some of what I have, it's weird interesting stuff. The blue album is from Chevy with songs about driver ed. Maybe 65 or so, the vocals are by Carly Simon like 5 years before she hit it big. The stuff I have is like this...maybe I should make a list. I'm not really keen on shipping 1 album at a time, except maybe "The Drags" album which is very rare and would be the most expensive.
I see I have some early 60's NHRA Nationals + Winter national lps, too. Like Garlits, Kalitta, Milne Bros, Stone, Woods & Cook, Dean Moon...old stuff. I'll work on this tomorrow and move it to the for sale section.
