Vin help?????

    Can some one decode my VIN # vin 44370K1128939 for me. I've tried net w ith no luck so far. Something I could print out would be nice.

    37 = 2dr HT.
    0 = 1970
    K = Kansas City,Mo. assembly plant
    next 6 digits would Vehicle Identification Sequence, you have 7 digits check again.

    should read 444370Kxxxxxx

    You may be missing the first number 4

    444370K####### = a 70 Skylark Custom

    or you could be missing the number 6 in which case it should read:

    446370K##### = a 70 GS455.
