<center>As for the Decal on the engine compartment w/ the "BE"
    I can't find the exact decal;
The REPO ones are not the same being sold today.

Also, on the uper right side of the decal
The spec documentation for dwell and timing area are somewhat different on newer decal repos, put out today.

Let me know if you know anyone that makes them

    Thanks much

No B 80 code on my GS with NO vynil roof. The vynbil and no vynil had different part numbers for the chrome drip molding. maybe thats the diff.

What does a Build Sheet look like?

Here's one from a Freemont built (Z vin), 70 Skylark Custom.

You can see the B80 drip rail "call out" on the sheet.

    No sir, No top.

Look closely at the sheet posted. You can see the upper and lower paint code 45-45 there.

Not a great picture but this is how I found it.

I still have it...(it's the car that just keeps on giving), but now the roof is gone and it's pretty well stripped.

<center>Jason, How did you know that?

I have copies of the daily car reports from Buick. They broke down production figures by color or options. Sometimes combination of options

For example, there were 1214 GS coupes painted that color. The majority of them from Flint (769). Framingham painted only 119 that color.

For example, my Framingham 71 GS 455 has the D35 body color sport mirrors from the factory. So that would make it one of only 11 Sandpiper Beige GS coupes with D35 mirrors built in Framingham

    <center>Daily Car reports?
Where do you get that at?
    Where did it come from?
I didn't realize there were'nt that many from Fremont
(Nummi Plant today) painted Bittersweet mist.
I had it painted once attempting to keep it orinal colr and all.

    Good info you gots...there.

    Thanks for sharing...

Mike Trom has painstakingly taken all the daily car report info and converted into a easy to read format. The Buick copies are a little hard to read of you dont know RPO codes and Buick-ese
