Used 455 aluminum balancer for an internally balanced motor.

Hi Dan,

I don’t see a name on it and don’t know any history on it. It was in a parts lot of stuff from an estate purchase of a local Buick guy that passed away several years ago. It was the same guy that had the girdled block I sold you a few years back.

I did a Google search on the SFI number and part number stamped on the backside and came up with nothing.

 

looks like it comes apart to change the balance ?

 

Looks similar to some Fisher balancers that I have seen.

 

Not in line. Just FYI. I t looks like a Innovators West. I have two they are one of the best. They can be rebuilt and you can buy a plate that bolts on the back where those two holes are and can be ran on external balance. Give them a call.

Here you go Dan. It looks like the guy I got it from tapped a few holes for small weights in the backside.

 

Took these yesterday. See if it helps.
