Do you guys remove or trim down the front upper control arm bumpers? This is a bracket race application with factory a arms.. Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

I have trimmed mine down to about 3/4". Mine is basically a street car but these bumpers being cut down don't have any effect on that. When I go to the track I remove the front sway bar, put a pair of 90/10 shocks up front and loosen all the control arm bolts just enough to give them quicker response to travel. That's where the shortened bumpers come into play.

I have some flat-shaped ones on one of my cars. I just need to figure out where I got them.

For a bracket application, I would take them out, and install a welded 1/2 in nut with a 6in length of threaded rod and use it to weight the front end as needed for different track conditions. The sooner it bottoms out the sooner it will stop weight transfer
