Anyone need a stock rear t-type sway bar and some solid boxed comp engineering lower controll arms?

Running, Are you going to make it to Bowling Green? If you do stop by and say hi.. I will be parked next to the center asile tent that Cal Hartline sets up. My car number is 2498, that is my NHRA number my GSCA number is 498. I don't know if they will want to drop the 2 from my NHRA number. White enclosed trailer thats says BUICK RACING, Palumbo Motorsports on it... We are getting there Tuesday...

Ok, The HR Parts sway bar is in and it works. Note: 6200 rpm third gear let off the brake = :3gears: then grass in the neighbors front yard :kodak: = cops stopping by for a warning

Also, after you put your new sway bar on your car wont handle the same

Hey Don, I stopped by your pit area a few times, but no one was home. I left my card thinking you might call. Your car is awesome BTW.

Here is yet another shot of my junk. Might put the hood on tonight

His car is awesome, and he is a nice guy. I was lucky enough to catch him there on Thursday and he told me alot about his build. It was cool to see that he fit everything under a stock style hood. The turbo V8 car next to his was bad too!

Sorry I missed you, I found your card on Saturday morning it was on the ground in a puddle... I was talking to my freind and looked down and your card was face down, I was going to leave it there then figured don't be lazy pick it up and throw it away.. when I did, I saw it was your card.. I didn't get there Saturday until about 11 ish. I was helping a friend move his trailer his hitch broke, I am heading back to BG on Friday to pick his trailer up...
Thanks to both of you for the comments about the car.
It wasn't running right though, it was breaking up in high gear. I changed plugs and that didn't help... With the rain I didn't get a chance to keep messing with it.
Was the car open when you stopped by?
Did you notice on the cover of the program they handed out for the Nat's that my car is the one on the top left corner...

Your car and the one next to it were boh open. Very, very nice rides. I went home and through rocks at mine :pp

Are you going to Norwalk? I might be there Friday to help run a buddy's car, not sure if I will get mine done due to the upcoming camping weekend.

I took my car up to the local hang out tonight. Ran out of gas on the way home and fouled out my plugs, lol. I need to hammer on it more :3gears: another excuse to plumb my Nitrous, that will lean and clean it out from time to time :TU:

Thanks for the compliments on the car. The car next to me is my friend Louie Lopez. He did some job on that car!!! He made all the tubing on that car, even the headers!! He is still dialing it in, on 20 lbs of boost it went 8.96 at 161, on drag radials, with a 1.74 60 foot time... he plans on throwing 30 lbs of boost at it!!!
Not going to Norwalk, I've taken too much time off work as it is, gotta pay the bills...lol We will hit the local tracks around here, but the next big meet for us will be Reynolds.
And don't throw any rocks at your car it looks good in the pictures and besides you have thrown too much money at it to start throwing rocks..

off the trailer it went 10.94 at 126 with a 1.66 60ft. This was off idle and foot braking, same time. The converter is a we bit tight and the motor was way, way fat. It wouldn't rev past 6400 rpm, it was bad air so it didn't help. I whacked the NOS on the street and had the same burb of way too much fuel. We loaded it on the trailer and I realized the fuel pres was at 8.5lb, we dynoed it at 7.4, maybe that and the air made it rich.

My first wheel's up and tire spin on the rim was also evident that evening, awesome. We hope for deep 10's on the motor before it gets the hose...

So the first run was pretty good. I took it off the trailer a few days ago and noticed the driver side was up and inch higher than the pass side. A closer look and I noticed the HR parts ( thanks Finishline Motorsports guys) sway bar had moved on the axle from the torque, awesome... I am going to put in another stall converter monday along with some smaller jets, then re-set the HR bar. If it moves again it will be welded to the axle... :TU:

10.83 with a crap track ... worse rear shocks and me, I forgot to empty the air bags that I use for street driving... Next time we will hit 10.60 without spray. i still have 250 in the bottle.

    lol, see edit below.
