Come to Belair Plaza on the Beach side every evening by 4 pm starting this weekend. This is where the action will be and so will I.

I'm going to miss this years Rod Run. I live 5 miles from the track and have gone to the Thankgiving event for the past 20 years.. It is a full weekend of car stuff. At the track during the day then early evening at the track they have a bunch of stuff going on. But the highlight of the weekend is every night at Bel-Aire Plaza. Most of the cars from the track end up there after the track closes.. (better get to the Plaza early if you want to park in there) GREAT TIME!!

I hope to be there Tuesday after lunch. Staying in a condo and still trying to find a place that I can park the trailer where I can access the car for evening cruising and Bel Air Plaza.

Anyone have suggestions on where I can park a 24' enclosed trailer? I want to keep the car stored in the trailer during the days and take it out for the evenings and park it back in the trailer each night.

I was there for just Saturday, and I too didn't get in touch with anyone (David). As mentioned when you're there with other people its tough to organize anything.

I got there at 9, spent until 3:00pm in the vendor section.....Picked up and yellow AC charge refill adapter, a ball peen hammer, a tach and triple gauge set for an engine stand I plan to make.

The number of cars is overwhelming... and after we ate at 3pm, and started to view the car area a lot of them were beginning to leave.
I did find a bittersweet 72 GS car... was nice...
And a red convertible as he was driving out but didn't get the year.
Then found 5 more in a row. Talked to those guys for a while and then started the 18 mile trek back to the truck... Next year I'll think about bringing the Buick so I can park inside! At least I had a wagon to drag everything around :beers2:

I would like to plan something for us local guys though....even just a meet on a Saturday night on some parking lot near a restaurant for dinner.
