My turbo 400 has been giving me issues .... I have no engine braking in L2 but in L1 I do ... but when I up shift from L1 to L2 it shifts to second fine and then will shift to 3 rd by itself Fairly quick ... and in drive it will shift 1........2...3... Any Ideals would sure help ... i took the governor out .. Checked for it sticking ... Looked fine same for the modulator ...
